About Us
Statement Of Faith
- That both verbal and plenary inspiration applies to the Scriptures known as the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testament Canon. That is, that God literally breathed His words and that every part of the Scriptures is the Word of God. 2 Timothy 3:16; Hebrews 1:1
- That God preserved His words as he promised to do. These words are preserved in the original languages of Hebrew and Greek exactly the way He intended them to be without need of addition or subtraction to any part of them. Deuteronomy 4:2; Psalm 12:6-7; 119:89; Proverbs 30:5-6; Isaiah 40:8; Matthew 5:18; 1 Peter 1:23-25; 2 Peter 1:19-21; Revelation 22:18-19.
- That the doctrine of inspiration is of no value without the doctrine of preservation. Therefore, the Authorised King James Version of 1611, is the perfect, preserved, inspired, infallible, inerrant Word of God for English speaking people. Simply, the Authorised King James Version is the Scriptures in English. It should be read, memorised, obeyed, and trusted as the very words of God as He intended them to be. The King James Bible is superior to any other version available and is the final authority in all matters. Exodus 24:3; Deuteronomy 6:6-9; 29:29; Joshua 1:8; Job 23:12; Psalm 1:1-3; 12:6-7; 19:7-11; 119:9, 11, 89, 105, 130, 172; John 10:35; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; James 1:22.
- That God is self-existing. He has no beginning and no ending. Exodus 3:14; Isaiah 43:13; 44:6; 48:12; 51:8; John 5:58; Revelation 1:4, 8, 11, 18; 22:13.
- That God is referred to as the Godhead in the New Testament, meaning more than one part, and is made up of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost (Spirit). Each Person of the Godhead is equally God with the same attributes as the other two Persons. The three Persons of the Godhead make up one God while being distinct in function, purpose, and position. Acts 17:29; Romans 1:20; Colossians 2:9; John 10:30; 14:21-23; 1 John 5:7; Philippians 2:5-11.
- That God is Omnipresent (Psalm 139:7-11; Proverbs 15:3; Jeremiah 23:23-24), Omniscient (Genesis 16:13; Hebrews 4:13); and Omnipotent (Isaiah 44:6; 45:18; 46:9; Daniel 4:3, 34-35; Matthew 28:18).
- That He is the manifestation of God in the flesh. John 1:1-14; 14:9; 1 Timothy 3:16.
- That He is fully God while at the same time being fully man. Isaiah 9:6; John 1:1-14; 10:30; Philippians 2:6; Hebrews 1:3, 8; 1 John 5:7, 20.
- That He is perfect in every way. Hebrews 4:15.
- That He is the only way of salvation. John 14:6; Acts 4:12; 1 John 5:12.
- That He was born of a virgin. Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:20-23.
- That He lived a sinless life, died on a cross at Calvary, was buried, arose bodily from the dead, ascended to Heaven, sits at the right hand of God the Father’s throne making intercession for Believers, will meet His Bride in the air in the rapture, and will return bodily to the earth to establish His Millennial Kingdom on earth. Hebrews 4:15; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Romans 8:34; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-17; 2 Timothy 2:8; Revelation 19:11-16; 20:4.
- That He is fully God. John 4:24; Acts 5:3-4; 1 John 5:7.
- That He resides within the body of every born-again Believer. John 14:1-17; Romans 8:8-10; 1 Corinthians 3:16; 6:19-20; Ephesians 5:18.
- That He is referred to as the Comforter and the Spirit in the Scriptures. John 14:16, 26; 15:26; 16:7, 13; Ephesians 4:30.
- That He reproves the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. John 16:7-11.
- That He baptises every Believer into the Body of Christ at the time of conversion and seals them for eternity. John 3:5-8; Romans 6:3; 1 Corinthians 12:12-13; 2 Corinthians 1:22; Galatians 3:27; Ephesians 1:13; 4:4-5, 30.
- That He can be grieved, (Ephesians 4:30), quenched, (1 Thessalonians 5:19), resisted, (Acts 7:51), tempted (Acts 5:9), vexed (Isaiah 63:10), insulted (Hebrews 10:29), and lied to (Acts 5:3).
- That He can speak (Acts 8:29; 10:19; 11:12; Revelation 2:7, 11, 17, 29; 3:6, 13, 22), guide (Matthew 4:1; Acts 16:7; Romans 8:1), and bear witness (Romans 8:16; 1 John 4:13; 5:6-8).
- That He will bear fruit in the life of the Believer and is actively trying to mould them into the image of Christ. Romans 8:23-29; Galatians 5:22-23; 2 Corinthians 3:18.
- That He makes intercession on behalf of Believers according to the will of God. Romans 8:26-27.
- That He is the power by which Believers are to walk and function. Micah 3:8; Zechariah 4:6; Acts 1:8; Romans 15:13, 18-19; 1 Corinthians 2:4.
- That salvation is by grace through faith. Acts 8:36-37; 15:11; Romans 3:22; 4:5, 13, 15; 5:15-17; Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5.
- That salvation can only come upon repentance. Luke 13:3-5; Acts 17:30; 20:20-21; Romans 2:4; 2 Peter 3:9.
- That every man must be saved to enter heaven and escape everlasting torment in the lake of fire. Luke 16:22-23; John 3:3, 18, 36; Revelation 20:15; 21:27.
- That salvation is possible because of the shed blood of Jesus Christ. Matthew 26:28; Acts 20:28; Romans 5:9; 1 Corinthians 11:25; Ephesians 1:7; Colossians 1:14; 1 Peter 1:18-19; 1 John 1:7; 2:2; Revelation 1:5.
- That man’s understanding of the need for salvation comes by the Word of God as the Holy Spirit deals with him and reveals it to him. Romans 10:17; 1 Corinthians 2:14.
- That the matter of God’s sovereignty and man’s free will are not at odds with one another and need not be reconciled. God knows those who will be saved and salvation is totally a work of God, but every man makes the choice of receiving or rejecting Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour. We are neither Calvinist nor Arminian; we are Biblicists. Ezekiel 18:20-23; 33:11; Daniel 5:18-19; Ephesians 1:3-12; 1 Timothy 2:4; Revelation 22:17.
- That it is the job of every born-again Believer to take the gospel to every creature. Ezekiel 33:1-6; Matthew 28:19-20; Mark 16:15; Acts 1:8.
- That after salvation, man is eternally saved apart from any works. However every Believer must maintain good works in order to be in fellowship with God. Isaiah 49:16; Matthew 5:16; John 3:15-16, 18; 5:24; 10:28-29; Romans 3:20; Galatians 2:16; Ephesians 1:13: 2:8-10; Titus 2:14; 1 Peter 2:12.
- That salvation is a three-fold process:
- Justification – immediate salvation from all sins, past, present, and future. John 5:24; Romans 4:5-8; 5:9.
- Sanctification – the process of removing sin from the life of a Believer. Romans 8:28-30; 1 Corinthians 10:13; Ephesians 4:7, 12-13; 1 Thessalonians 4:3; 1 John 1:9.
- Glorification – the eventual eradication of sin from every Believer, in heaven. Romans 8:28-30; 2 Corinthians 1:10; 5:8; 1 Thessalonians 4:17; 1 John 3:20.
- That there is a body of all born-again believers called the Bride of Christ, the Body, etc. which make up the Church. Romans 12:5; 1 Corinthians 12:12-24, 25-27; Ephesians 1:22-23, 4:4; Colossians 1:24.
- That the Body of Christ is divided into small groups of Believers in the form of “local” Churches. 1 Corinthians 1:2; 16:19; 2 Corinthians 1:1; Galatians 1:2; 1 Thessalonians 1:1; 2 Thessalonians 1:1; Revelation 1:4, 11.
- That every born-again Believer should be baptised by immersion and be a member in faithful standing of a local Church. Acts 2:41-46; 8:12-13; 36-38; 10:47-48; 16:33; Hebrews 10:25.
- That the local Church is God’s chosen organization through which Christians are to carry out His commands. Acts 20:28; Acts 13:1-4.

- That the only two Church offices are Pastor (a.k.a., Bishop and an Elder) and Deacon. Acts 14:23; 20:17, 24; Ephesians 4:11; Philippians 1:1; 1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9; 1 Peter 5:1; Acts 6:1-6; Philippians 1:1; 1 Timothy 3:7-13.
- That the three primary responsibilities of every local Church are:
- To glorify the Saviour. 1 Corinthians 10:31; Colossians 3:23.
- To edify the saints. 1 Corinthians 14:4-5, 12, 26; Ephesians 4:12.
- To evangelise the lost. Matthew 28:19-20; Mark 16:15; Acts 1:8.

- That creation is not and cannot be mixed with any other explanation for the origin of man, the earth, and the heavens. Genesis 1:1; Hebrews 11:3

- That prior to the second advent of Jesus, there will be a catching away of the saints that comprise the Church. This event is commonly called the rapture. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-17; 1 Corinthians 15:51-57.
- That following the rapture, the Church will stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ to reveal rewards or loss of rewards based upon works. Romans 14:10-13; 1 Corinthians 3:10-15; 2 Corinthians 5:9-11.
- That a period of time will follow the rapture for all non-believers on the earth during which God will pour out His unparalleled wrath. Daniel 12:1; Revelation 6-18.
- That following the millennial reign of Christ, satan will be loosed for “a little season.” Revelation 20:7-9.
- That God will cast satan and his angels into the lake of fire for eternal judgment. Revelation 20:10.
- That all unbelievers will stand before the Great White Throne and be judged for their works which will result in being cast into the lake of fire with satan and his angels for ever. Revelation 20:11-15.
