This page is intended to provide some help and information with the on-line services we offer. It includes which file formats we use and how to stream or download the different file types from the different on-line providers.

Our sermons are presented in a few different digital file types. They are predominately in video format, but some have been recorded in audio format only. Those sermons recorded in audio format will be noted as such.

• Audio
  • All audio sermons are in MP3 format.
• Video
  • Video sermons are provided in FLV or MP4 format.
  • If you can not play FLV files on your computer, please feel free to install this free FLV player.
  • If you are unable to play FLV files on your mobile smartphone device, you will need to download an appropriate FLV player from your Apps Store.
  • Most computer operating systems and mobile smartphone devices should be able to play MP4 files without the need to install additional software.

Our On-Line Streaming and Download Providers.

• SkyDrive
  • Is typically use for audio sermons.
  • Can only be downloaded, not streamed.
  • Steps to Download from SkyDrive:
    • Click an ‘Audio’ link and the SkyDrve website will open in a new window,
    • On the SkyDrive website, the desired Audio files will be automatically selected,
    • Right-click the highlighted file and click ‘Download’ to download the file.
      
    • You can then play the file with the standard MP3 player on your computer.
• Vimeo
  • Is typically use for video sermons.
  • Can be streamed and/or downloaded.
  • Steps to Download or Stream from Vimeo:
    • Click the appropriate ‘Video’ link to stream or download the file.
    • If Downloading from Vimeo:
      • You must login to Vimeo before you will be able to download sermons.
        • A Vimeo account is free.
      • Click on the desired Sermon ‘Video’ link on our website and a new window will open on the Vimeo website.
      • On the Vimeo website, scroll down the web page a little way,
      • In the middle of the screen, click the ‘Download‘ button,
      • Then click ‘SD .MP4 file‘ (this is the same for any video).
        
      • Your web browser will then initiate its usual file download process (which is different for each browser).
    • If Streaming:
    • • Click on the desired Sermon ‘Video’ link on our website and a new window will open,
      • Click the ‘Play’ at the bottom, left of the video window and the video will begin to play.
        • Note: Streaming is available without needing to login to Vimeo.

Uploading of New Sermons

We will endeavour to have new sermons uploaded within about an hour of them being preached. This time frame will extend if we are having technical difficulties or resourcing issues.
